• What type of property are you looking for? Identify if you're interested in a single-family, condo, townhome, or other properties and why is that important to you.

• How many bedrooms and bathrooms do you need? Let's meet your size and space requirements for your current living situation.

• What neighborhoods or areas are you interested in? Determine your preferred locations based on factors like schools, commute, amenities and safety.

• Are there any specific features or amenities you desire in a home? Backyard, swimming pool, specific architecture, ADU potential, etc.

• Are there any deal-breakers you definitely do not want in a home? An important question to think about. This is not a decision to rush into and you never want to settle.

• What is your timeline for buying a home? Do you have a specific deadline or flexible timeline?
